What we collect

Nominations and entries. The nominee’s name, organisation, country and web links; the nominator’s name, email and relationship to the nominee; and the answers and document links in the full entry.

Messages. Your name, email, organisation and message when you use the contact form.

Newsletter. Your email address and where on the site you subscribed.

How we use it

Nomination and entry data is used to assess nominations, contact nominees, compile research dossiers for the jury and administer the awards. Newsletter addresses are used only to send the call for entries and editorial updates; every email includes an unsubscribe link. Messages are used to reply to you.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with our hosting and database providers and is not sold. Jurors see shortlisted entries only, and sign an independence declaration.

To access, correct or delete your data, email editorial@thecoverstory.world. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, use the link in any email.
